2. Each paper needs to be covered by at least 1 registration, otherwise the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

3. For registration at IEEE member and student registration rate, proof of IEEE membership and student status (e.g., IEEE membership number/card, student identity card) must be provided at the registration desk for collection of conference package during the conference.

4. One full registration can only cover at most 2 papers authored by the registrant. Paper IDs must be entered at the time of online registration through the web site.

Online Registration System Guidelines

Step 1: Log in the Registration System, fill in your personal information and submit. If you have no paper submission to IEEE PrimeAsia 2018, please leave it blank for Paper ID and Paper title. If you have a paper submission and the paper exceeds 4 pages, please choose "Additional Page" in “Extras” in the online registration form.
Step 2: Make the payment via online payment or bank transfer. For bank transfer, please submit the payment proof as required for confirmation.
Step 3: A successful registration notification will be sent to you from the secretary after the payment is confirmed.
Step 4: Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via the easychair system. All edition and update must be done up until the submission deadline. https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeeprimeasia2018. If you want to edit and update the manuscript, please log in the same account (User name & Password) and update it. Don't creat another account to do so.
Note: The IEEE PDF eXpress compliance pdf file and online completion of electronic copyright transfer form can be found in the paper acceptance notification email sent to the corresponding author of the paper.

Refund Policy

Regardless of reasons, the paid registration fee is not refundable.

IEEE No Show Policy

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
